SB63P is an excellent performance open-mouth smooth masterbatch, using imported base materials and additives, used in the production of PP composite film and PP cooking film, suitable for 20-100µ high transparency film.
SB63P is particularly suitable for polypropylene blown film and cast film processing. SB63P should be added to the surface of the film. In order to obtain good opening and smooth performance, it is recommended to add 1.5-3.5%. The addition ratio should be adjusted appropriately according to the film thickness. Note: When used at a normal addition amount, the effect of SB63P Slip Anti-blocking Masterbatch on corona treatment, heat sealing, printing or adhesive performance can be ignored.
