AF8235 PPA Rheological Agent Functional Additives for Films
AF8235 is an excellent rheological agent that can effectively improve die casting fouling, reduce melt fracture, reduce extrusion pressure, and improve film surface smoothness and transparency.
AF8235 is particularly suitable for polyethylene film blowing and casting.
AF8235 is added to the core layer of the film. The recommended addition amount is 1%~3%. The specific addition amount is adjusted according to the film thickness, season, and antistatic effect requirements. Note: When used at a normal addition amount, the effect of AF8235 PPA Rheological Masterbatch on corona treatment, heat sealing, printing or adhesive performance can be ignored.
